What is The Table

A dining experience like no other, at the heart of the Belgian Beer Weekend.

Amid the energy of Belgian Beer Weekend Shinjuku, up to 28 guests gather around one long communal table to enjoy a multi-course menu prepared by Ryo Horiuchi, Executive Chef of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Tokyo, and paired with carefully selected Belgian beers.

Intimate, convivial and unmistakably Belgian, The Table combines the warmth of a shared table with attentive service and the refinement of an Embassy kitchen — all while the festival unfolds around you.

Executive Chef, Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Tokyo

Chef Horiuchi brings extensive experience from acclaimed Italian and French restaurants in Tokyo and several years as Residence Chef at the Austrian Embassy. Since 2022, he has served as Executive Chef of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Belgium in Tokyo.

The Table is a communal dining experience for up to 28 guests, all seated together at one long table.

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but not all requests may be possible.

The four-course dinner or three-course lunch, the corresponding Belgian beer pairings, coffee or tea, and one complimentary BBW 2026 glass.
